Must have sufficient Flash and html skills and graphic design experience. Self motivated and organized. Previous work experience in Japanese design firms a plus.

Calculating proposals, planning and managing project based web work.
Must have a high degree of organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage diverse projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Windows.
