Browsing for news on the web the old way meant diving deep in endless searches for the latest headlines. This method has become outdated. The RSS (Rich Site Summary) file format allows users to have the most recent news automatically, using a RSS reader. This new kind of browsing is rapidly becoming the industry standard. Once the RSS is employed, the users can grasp information with high efficiency, updated automatically.

The RSS format is one kind of XML which can be used in a large variety of applications, the real time information inclusion and update capability leaves information broadcasters no reason for not using it.

Using this technology, we can offer companies, with complex multi-layered websites, to always have "the freshest information on the top page".

An average portal site holds numerous divisions and subdivisions. Each one having their own site with valuable information being updated and not being read by a considerable number of potential readers.
