To plan and build good Web sites you need to have clear strategies from the marketing department, a great visual design, ingenious methods to make system implementations and optimizations, and finally, an efficient system for the greatest amount of functionality. The combined result of this is beautiful design. Our ultimate goal is to make sites that profit both our clients and users.
For each project, we form a team of specialists to ensure the project is carried out under our strict guidelines and that all possible solutions are considered. Through this process we have become very successful in meeting our clients needs.
As Creative Director I have final say on all of our projects so inevitably the responsibility lies in me to not make a mistake or allow any mistakes from anyone else. Our mission is to be as close to perfection as possible when executing a job.

I was given power of the executive by the president Mr. Takahashi. Of course the pressure is high, but I believe that this responsibility is worth a great effort.
Everyday I make sure the projects are being executed well and the HMC members are improving their abilities while having fun at the same time. Watching our staff getting better at what they like doing gives me the greatest pleasure.
The duty of the sales manager is to make sure projects run smoothly, manage costs and contracts, as well as organize "kick off" and celebration parties we have when we finish a project.
When dealing with a project, many unexpected things can happen that can slow down and delay a project. It is the sales managers responsibility to solve these problems so that they don't distract others from the creative process. Preparation is a keyword for the sales team.
Negotiating and making contracts with clients is my role in the company and its tough mental work but my favorite part is seeing the clients happy with the end result.

xHTML, XML, RSS, Ajax, blog, SNS... The evolution of web technology changes at the speed of light and although it is important to keep up with this technology it is more important to use the skills we already have to come up with solutions for today.
Our knowledge lies in understanding clients needs and how to achieve them with current web technology. Everyday I spend a little time researching the latest trends on the web so that I can do my job to the fullest (I web surf a lot at work!) haha.
